Nigel Shaw is the Managing Director and founder of the Catalyst group of companies.
Established over 22 years ago, the 60-strong Catalyst team provide customers with a full range of architecture, interior design, project management and construction services.
The company expanded from its Wellington origins to have key branches in Auckland and Christchurch and sub branches in most of the regional hubs.
Valencia Properties is Nigel’s residential development company. Nigel has undertaken a number of successful residential developments in Auckland and Wellington.
